The Pescatarian (Seafood) Diet Plan is a calorie counted meal plan made for those who want to manage their weight (lose or maintain), but choose not to eat meat, aside from fish and seafood. Similar to the Balanced Diet Plan, the dishes in this plan are made flavourful so you won’t feel like you’re on a diet.
REGULAR PACKAGE INCLUDES: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and 2 snacks (good for a 1-day meal)
Macro-nutrient distribution: 60% Carbs | 15% Protein | 25% Fat
We deliver meals from Monday to Friday. Our Pescatarian Diet Meal Plans are delivered either the night before between 6:30-9 PM or in the morning between 5-8:30 AM. (Availability and exact time frame will depend on your location)
NOTE: Minimum of 3 Days Order (3 in Quantity)
